Feature needed : Support TOTP at Vault

ASAIK Vault SSH Helper use SSH Secret engine at Vault.
Today, Vault support login MFA with TOTP.

There're lots of requests for easy use of SSH OTP. If Vault ssh helper support TOTP, customer can use any authenticator on their PC or mobile phone other than query to Vault.

To increate the usability of Vault SSH Helper.
Please support TOTP.
