DRAFT: Add test for values= receiving sensitive content

Description

Adding a test. Currently expected to fail (demonstrating bug). Written naively (at least as far as terraform-provider-helm testing goes).

Acceptance tests

• Have you added an acceptance test for the functionality being added?

In fact, only that.
