Description

Depending on how its configured the azurerm_machine_learning_workspace may create child CosmosDB, Search etc resources. It would be extremely useful to be able to configure these (much like we can with other resources that create azure resources) particularly the high cost CosmosDB (default 4000 RU's throughput, oh my).

Appreciate the ML API is a bit of a problem child so not sure if this is currently supported.
