Description

To use existing Runbooks in the Recovery Plan a Runbook ID is needed (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/site_recovery_replication_recovery_plan#runbook_id). To get this ID a data resource of azurerm_automation_runbook is needed. Please implement this data resource.
