[Enhancement]: Add QuickSight CreateRoleMembership functionality

Description

Hi,

Would it be possible to extend the current QuickSight service functionality with the function to add members to a certain role?
This would be helpful to link certain members or groups, which can already be created through the TF resources aws_quicksight_group & aws_quicksight_user to roles within the QuickSight service.
