[Enhancement]: Expand AWS Quicksight Analysis / Dashboard configuration small_multiple_options with XAxis and YAxis options

Description

SmallMultipleOptions schema lacks XAxis & YAxis properties https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/APIReference/API_SmallMultiplesOptions.html

Without those axis cannot be independent (shared by default) which is crucial in following cases:

1. if the first small_multiple YAxis is in range [0, 1], the second one is [100, 1000], then small values will be visually lost
2. if XAxis is build on subcategory, for example countries and cities, then cities from other countries will be present leading to confusion
