Sweepers: Evidently

Description

Currently Evidently sweepers only sweep Projects but fails if there are any features, launches, or experiments attached to the project.

Listing these components is not possible without having the project name available to query.

Project sweeper should successfully delete any dependencies before trying to remove the project
