[New Data Source]: CloudFormation Stack Resource

Description

I'd like to use CloudFormation stack resources as a data source in order to retrieve the physical IDs for resources created via CloudFormation. Currently we can get stack exports, but we rarely use exports since they use a global namespace. CloudFormation's API already supports fetching resources for a stack using DescribeStackResourceWithContext.
