[Enhancement]: AWS backup plan rule selection

Description

Expectation:

Is it possible to achieve the following scenario, and if not, what improvements can be made?

  * create a single backup plan
  * create multiple rules under the same plan
  * create a selection and attach to more specific to rule with the same plan
  * example: 
                 Plan name ec2backup, rule for Daily, Weekly, Monthly
                 Selection: Is it possible to create selection for each rule and attach selection to specific rules without adding additional plans.
