This PR implements support for OpenAPI discriminator patterns in the terraform-plugin-codegen-openapi tool.

Changes

  • Enhanced schema building logic in internal/mapper/oas/build.go to handle discriminator patterns
  • Updated mappers for data sources, resources, and providers to support discriminator-based schema generation
  • Added new schema options and global configuration for discriminator handling
