The terraform init -lock and -lock-timeout flags were removed from Core in v0.15 and restored in the upcoming v1.0.10 and v1.1.0 releases.

This should be reflected in the compatibility check.

Is there any known workaround to this? Also hitting this compatibility check on Terraform version 1.6.6
