User Story

As a FullStack developer,

I must

be able to inject template variables into the Open Telemetry configuration file.

So that

Metrics, logs, traces, and other forms of telemetry may be augmented with additional label/value pairs sourced from the values supplied to the Helm chart during installation.

Requested Changes

  • Update the Open Telemetry config map object to execute the Helm built-in tpl method against the sourced configuration file content.
