I have added a valid address but assuming there is an issue as Canadian Addresses don't seem to work, I've tried using my Postal Code for the zip code area.

Store Find Error: Dominos MissingCityRegionOrPostalCode (-1)

Some reason adding a US address it works fine, is it possible to fix? as the API returns "MissingCityRegionOrPostalCode" so they must have Postal Codes in the system
