PR Changes
We simply moved everything current under
harpnamespace toharp.datanamespace.We also made sure that the current tests are passing.
This PR is related to PR#3 of the
pyharprepository due to the PEP420 compliance for implicit namespace packages, since we want to have a single namespace package forharprelated packages.
