This application is designed to face swap images, for videos you can use FaceFusion.

You have to convert the video to images and do frame by frame, then convert the images to video again.

@MarwanAj Like AbeEstrada said, you would need to use something like ffmpeg to convert it to individual frames, swap the frames, then stitch it back together.
