uniq_index_prefix 参数，大小写识别有问题

描述
设置参数uniq_index_prefix=“UNIQ_”
报错
唯一索引 'UNIQ_BO******' 需要指定'UNIQ_'前缀.

设置参数uniq_index_prefix=“uniq__”
不报错
但是不检测为大写写 unique key UNIQ_BO******** (aaaa)
