Currently it looks like the analytics are still being blocked in some cases by ad blockers because the script on the server is called plausible.js. One way to fix that is to do something like the link here. There won't be enough time to implement this before the end of the sprint though. For reference, the rule that is blocking it is in the screenshot below for UBlock Origin:
