Some eta on halide 20 release?

Llvm 21 is releasing soon.. good to have before It releases..

We discussed this at the last dev meeting and the consensus was to just skip 20 and release 21 alongside LLVM 21

Yes, we've been preoccupied with healing our build/test infrastructure over the last few weeks and our corporate partners are doing test deployments. Once we know we're stable on LLVM 21, we can release Halide 21.

Note there's a known PTX codegen bug in LLVM 21 so we're also waiting to hear back if the fix will be backported to a patch version.
