Organization

It struck me as being a bit strange that this repo is under a user account instead of a GitHub organization account. Is there a reason for this?

Managing a user account is easier than managing an organization (in my opinion), and I did not want to use my personal Github account. So I created a new user account specifically for Halfmoon. That said, the main reason is simple - I don't need an organization right now. This could change in the future if I can build a team of core developers who I can work with and trust fully. In such a scenario, I could see managing the repo (and everything else) under an organization account.
