Ctrl-T transposes characters on Edge, should open new tab

The default pcSublime keymap includes a Ctrl-T shortcut to transpose characters a la emacs. This is super uncomfortable; I think I've probably hit this over 100 times and I imagine a lot of users are probably hitting it as well.

Yes, having this behavior by default is supper annoying.
