Add a way for an organization to bulk request items

As a Homeless Advocacy organization
When I want to request a bunch of items I need
Then I want to be able to do that using Spare.

@pmfabel here are some screenshots of the admin section that may help us with the design for the multiselect feature.

As it turns out, the application already supports a manual drop off date (an ad-hoc date that doesn’t repeat)–which is good news! :o)
