In the emails for donors AND requestors,
there's a sentence about leaving the item with Shower of Hope
replace with Spare or look for Spare

(I can't remember the exact language but we're trying to communicate that we'll be on site and they can look for us)

In the donator confirmation email, changing this:

If the recipient does not come within 15 minutes, you can leave the item with The Shower of Hope staff, you can give it to another person receiving shower services or you can take it home with you and try to find another match.

To this:

If the recipient does not come within 15 minutes, you can leave the item with a member of the Spare team (we will be on-site), you can give it to another person receiving services or you can take it home with you and try to find another match.
