It would be nice for dev purposes to ignore the following:

Emails to fake domains (example.com/org/net, etc.)
Texts to fake numbers (555--*)

We could maybe still print these out to console, but they shouldn't be sent in any circumstance otherwise. This would apply to all environments (production, dev, staging, etc.), so we could enter fake info on staging without spamming inboxes, etc.

The bypass has been done for email (has not been deployed to staging yet).
The bypass for SMS messaging is still coming up
