Prep project boards for Migration #281

Overview

We need to prepare the Project Boards for the forced migration that GitHub is doing in August, so that it is already working well for the team by then.

Action Items

Repeat first 3 steps for each card

As a logged in user, I want to keep track of which background checks I've checked for a participant

As a logged in user, I am able to see all the pages on the site in one area so that I can navigate to a specific page.
