Knowledge transfer issue for Content Lead. Update the Content wiki for all resources to be used as a repository for all team members.

Action Items

• Update the wiki https://github.com/hackforla/expunge-assist/wiki/Content-Writer with resources in the "pre-work Content" new issue template
• Double check and update the entire page
• Check in on formatting and how it should be structured to help with Github issues
