SPIKE: Investigate hiding the sign up component

There is an ambition to hide the sign up component that appears in articles when a user has already signed up to the newsletter in question. This would be a nice "quality of life" update that should make the sign up embeds less intrusive.

The way we believe this would work is:

• User is signed in and signed up to the newsletter in the article

• Hide the sign up component on the page

In order for this to work we need to confirm a few things:

• We are able to tell which newsletter is being promoted on the page
• We can tell that a user is signed in/signed up to that email
• We can hide the component based on those preferences

I've created a sample article in the composer CODE environment which has a pushing buttons sign-up.
