Publish new version to npm

After landing #49, we need a new release to make use of this upstream, e.g. in grunt-contrib-qunit. I'm not an owner of the npm package, so I can't publish this.

@cowboy @tkellen @jsoverson could you either make me an owner on npm (npm owner add jzaefferer) or do a release yourself?

I suggest making this a minor release (npm version minor), since there were API changes (exposing more options). That would also require an update of grunt-contrib-qunit, but at least I can do that one myself.
