Create example repo(s) that show you how to use testium. This could be a promotion of jkrems/testium2-demo to this org. There could also be an example using something other than mocha.

Something npm/package.json encourages is to have an exmaple or examples directory in this repo (when that directory exists and you run npm init, it will actually add an entry to package.json for it). Also very handy during integration tests etc. because the example can be incorporated.
