Summary
This PR adds documentation about using SVGR with Next.js if you have next.config.ts. I hope it will help others get set up and running quickly if they have this Typescript configuration setup, rather than Javascript.

This runs on a standard Next.js project set up with Turbopack and using next.config.ts.
