I’m changing the CPAN/distroprefs to hopefully prevent my CPAN::Reporter::Smoker from pausing so much.
The “master” branch will be updated to include all globally-useful changes (although where to put distropref patches is a good question).
The “local” branch includes commits that will be useful only to me.
