Also changes all (I think) GraphQLFields to use
type_on their init calls instead oftypeto avoid shadowing with builtintypeand also helps on the transition tographql-core-v3.Some extra type definitions were added based on
graphql-core-v3codebase but didn't make the entire refactor to keep things simple.
