GraphiQL Configuration doesn't contain static resource loader #793

Description
Describe the bug
When GraphiQL is enabled in a reactive spring boot application we can use cdn enabled version but not local hosted version.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable the graphiql
- Try to reach /graphiql URL
