When following the global object identification specification (https://graphql.org/learn/global-object-identification/#node-interface), removing a type that implements the Node interface will result in a breaking schema change if any GraphQL operation uses the node field even though the operation has no inline fragment for the removed type.
We should allow (either via opt-in or by default), to handle this removal as a non-breaking change (based on usage).
