Propose Adoption of Github Releases Detailed Text

We should adopt the use of the text area in Github Releases to fully detail the changes with every new push to the master branch.

It will add a little effort but will allow users to more confidently adopt updates and understand what is going on and make Zeus a more dependable library going forward.
