Update the license text to the LPGL. Graphene was initially GPL'ed because it included some GPL'ed third party code. To the best of our knowledge, this code has been replaced.
The rationale behind this license change is that, although we would like people to contribute code changes to Graphene that make it more useful for everyone, we do not wish to restrict how unmodified Graphene it is used. In other words, a strict interpretation of the GPL would preclude using Graphene with a proprietary application, as this is arguably linking. We do not have any particular interest in enforcing this restriction on our users.
We do note that the kernel driver will still be licensed as GPL and moved to a separate repository (linked as a submodule), although, as explained in #127, we intend to retire this driver as soon as all of the functionality is provided by the Intel SGX driver.
For any contributors during the GPL period: we appreciate your help. Please contact Don and Chia-Che if you have concerns or objections to this change.
Move a few test files into separate repos/submodules to be extra clean.
