Support for Alias/Legend within Query Builder

It's common within our query editors to have a field to set an alias for the values returned by the query. It would be nice to have the same functionality with ADX.

Vicky mentioned there is a common functionality package that would likely help with this: https://github.com/grafana/grafana-experimental. We'd have to see if we could realistically use this in these plugins, but we would look into ensuring this feature is there for all plugins, and add it to this package if it is not currently there.

I don't think we need this functionality since it's something that can be set in the panel visualization:

I find it confusing having multiple ways of setting the same thing. In any case, if someone really wants to change the data in the result so the legend gets renamed, they can use the KQL editor to do so.
