Refactor gr.ParamViewer to use HTML <details> and other tweaks

Refactors gr.ParamViewer to use HTML <details> which provides this nice functionality that the gr.ParamViewer expands when search terms. I also added an optional header to the ParamViewer that includes a global toggle button.
