README for tests/agile-vfo-block_1.sch schematic

This is the block diagram for an actual commercial product being
developed with gEDA.  It is a agile VFO which will serve as part of
the reference hardware implementation for an open-source encrypted
frequency-hopping spread-spectrum communication protocol.

Most of the symbols in this diagram may be found in the IEC417 libary
provided with gEDA (the rest of the symbols are embedded, as they come
from local libraries).

As this product is being developed as part of an open-source (GPL)
project, final schematics (being drawn with gschem) will also be
released to the gEDA community.
