  1. fix: align plugin format with official Anthropic plugin conventions 

    - Simplify plugin.json to match official format (name, description, author only)
- Replace shell hook with Python script that reads stdin JSON protocol
- Add description and timeout to hooks.json (matches hookify pattern)
- Add standalone LICENSE file
- Remove scripts/ directory (hook is now hooks/validate_task.py)

The hook now properly validates task frontmatter by reading tool input
from stdin as JSON, matching how Claude Code actually delivers hook data.
