Argh, forgot to tell, the description for the Chrome store can't be longer than 132 characters. I tried to upload and this was refused because the description currently stands at 143 characters.

You're talking about matrixRemoveScope etc., don't you? Those happen to be the ones which I haven't translated yet because I was thinking about a good wording. So I will ignore them.

Yes, from "matrixRemoveScope" to "matrixUnpersistAllow", these are not currently used, and I don't know whether I will find a way to put them back.

BTW: How do you differentiate between "classes" and "types"? Both words are used in the file. Just to find the right translation once needed.

I suppose we could settle for "type"? (english is not my first language, so I am not that confident that I am using the most appropriate words)

A general remark regarding the wording: I'm a bit uneasy about some wording. E.g., in settingsStrictBlockingInfo you are talking about "blacklist" and "blacklisted types of request". Are you sure that all users don't confuse that with entries in the "Preset blacklists"? It's a semantic issue. Perhaps one should differentiate but I'm not sure how. Perhaps by renaming them to "Preset lists of blocked hosts" or whatever?

Yes, when I say "preset blacklists" I have in mind like you say "Preset lists of blocked hosts". Otherwise when I say "blacklisted" alone I mean a cell which is expressly blacklisted i.e. it has a rule directly associated to it.

So I would suggest to rename those lists, indeed, in order to avoid possible confusion.

Now that I think about it, I also often call them "Third-party blacklists". Would that be better (more concise)?

Yes, of course! That's definitely better!

Wait! With this wording "blacklist" is still there. Wouldn't it be better to avoid it altogether here? They are definitely blaclists. However, with the increasing complexity of HTTPSB it's important to use a very precise wording - and "blacklist" is already used otherwise.

Ok, let's settle for "Preset lists of blocked hosts". It's completely unambiguous. For external preset lists we can even go further by saying "Third-party preset lists of blocked hosts".

Thanks! That sounds good to me!

Allright I just added most of the text from the Settings page, except for a few prompts which interleave HTML input tags which will require some templating mechanism to make this flexible enough so that it fits any language.

Thanks! I'm getting back to work ;-)

Okay, the translation is complete (with the exception of the unused items mentioned above). Although I will continue to think about a possibly better wording here and there.

Can you report here for any text which still show in english and not present in the message.json? This project is becoming a bit big for me to remember what I left out (aside what I mentioned above). Thanks.

Comment moved to #20 (comment) because it affects all translation works.

Je crois que c'est pareil de mon côté, je pouvais pas tout traduire parce qu'il y avait des TODO.

Also @tlu1024, did you mention the right-click context menu in your answer?

Thanks for the reminder - I had forgotten that!

I added two entries related to the "Auto create site scope" feature, which will be part of next release.

I think I will find the time to resume the translation work if you want me to do it.

That would be great, thanks. I think it's a good times to do translation work at this point, as the extension UI has quite settled compared to when you started -- things were changing too much back then.

Okay - done. In the coming days I will look over it to search for typos or, possibly, better words or phrases in some cases (I'm not sure if all my solutions will find mercy in the eyes of a linguist). Aside from that it's complete.

Thanks!

I am currently making a change in the settings, I am adding an "Opacity: [text field]". I could add it myself if you tell me the proper translation for "Opacity:".

Sorry, I'm too late for version 0.9.5.3. I saw that you added that field and translated it already.

EDIT: ...and also the "color-blind friendly" entry

BTW, I've just noticed that in the About tab the entries at the top (Changelog ... Credits) are not available for translation.

I've made changes to support internationalization of these entries.
