The engine currently requires some amount of manual set up, as documented in #120. End-goal would be to have some kind of Bazel rule that packages the *.rpm with the necessary installation scripts.

We could provide some scripts that automatically put the engine libraries in the correct location + update OpenSSL configuration files.
