Unable to publish

I believe google made some changes to their auth.

Up until today, I could publish fine (I do this about twice a week).

Now (3/16/2016) when I try to publish, I am sent to an interactive auth page and then the publish wheel spins infinitely.

I confirm that the problem exists under booth Windows and ChromeOS.
