This test currently runs maybe when it should not during presubmit without creds -- so it fails.

Is this still happening? Possibly this was happening back in July because Change Stream was not fully rolled out and causing some issues. The feature has been rolled out publicly and should work without any special credentials.

I'm not all that familiar on when the integration tests might run or not run. An example of error would be helpful too to debug.
