• Use new syntax and parser crates

  Currently we have two implementations of parsers and lexers - the legacy in `vimscript-core` and new one (wip) inside `parser` and `syntax` crates. This milestone tracks moving all the logic to the new implementations and deprecating (removing) the old implementation.
