Describe the problem you are trying to solve.

Problem Statement:

• I have n no.of buses, to be scheduled between 2 points A and B.
• I need to schedule them in a way that, no two buses should start at same time.
• no two buses should do less than 2 trips [one round trip is a must A->B then B->A].
• no bus should start in some time intervals example, before 4am and after 11:55pm.
• each trip time depends on the day's intervals or example for early morning trip time would be 6hrs, evening 8hrs, late night 7hrs.
• assume all the vehicles operate on a single route. so distance is fixed but time may get varied.
• scheduling should be done based on occupancy levels and also to decrease the bus idle time.
• every bus is subjected to some layover time for example 2hrs for charging and resting of drivers or some other maintenance.
• further, we may need to implement scheduling if occupancy demand is more from one point to other lets say, trip started from A and reached B, here we may need to go for C point which gives more occupancy so then from C we need to check whether we need to go for either A or B on specific timings and occupancy demand

Describe the solution you'd like

• For example, when a give a day and route with occupancy values [let say in a csv or excel in a formatted way,] It should generate a timetable for that day.
• problem is generation of timetable for buses would create an impact on next day, as occupancy may not be same. lets say there are 2 stations A&B and based on occupancy, it gave a schedule like 3 buses should start from A to B in some time and 5 buses should start from B to A, this can't be a case on next day, so how can we rotate the buses efficiently.

tried the timefold ai but got stuck in the middle of understanding their terms.
