How do I manipulate the IR code generated by JSIR?
Are there any APIs that can be called? Or are there any examples that can be provided for reference?

Hi, since JSIR is built using MLIR, I would recommend going through the MLIR toy tutorial (you only need to get through chapter 2) to get up to speed with MLIR.

Then, feel free to take a look at our IR transforms.

Can this example be run with the Docker way, or do I need to set up the build environment for the entire project?

If "this example" refers to our IR transforms, then Docker would work, but based on our experience, it's pretty slow. I would recommend setting up the build environment locally.
