Stable version 1.0.0

This is version used in the 2016 Google CTF.
Battle tested :)

Update config_defaults.

Ensure flask.g.{user,team} are clear on each request.

Minor bug fixes.

Some bug fixes and style updates to make things look better.

Merge in AngularJS branch w/Angular UI.

New UI should be at ~feature parity with previous UI.

Good messaging for time limits.
