Using a python function as Tool

Hi ,
Could you please share me a example where they use another python function as the tool, as when i am running my agent it gives me

{"error": "Function Review_Agent is not found in the tools_dict."}

while the code doesnt even have any function such as Review_Agent

Ensure the "name" of folder where this agent script is stored is same as Agent name i.e. Review_Agent.
