I'm trying to install this repo onto my Jupyter notebook but it's always this error that I get. I tried uninstalling the packages listed in vit_jax/requirements.txt and installing the repo again but that hasn't worked.

Maybe try to install a new Python version using pyenv and then install vit_jax without installing any other packages before that.

I'll try that, thanks!

I installed Python 3.8.9 using penv and tried installing vit_jax with pip install vit_jax --no-deps but I still get this error:

PS C:\Users\PC\Documents\GitHub\Rasa> pip install vit_jax --no-deps
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement vit_jax (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for vit_jax

I also cloned the repo before doing this using git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/google-research/vision_transformer

there is no vit_jax PyPI package. see the installation instructions https://github.com/google-research/vision_transformer#installation
