No database level encryption

Prior to the plan to Open Source GoMint API, it was assumed that GoMint would host a managed service and security would be implemented by the encryption key on the user level.

With GoMint now being open sourced, the security risk can be offset into a user's own safe environment, potentially reducing the need for user level encryption and instead there could be API application level encryption
